Recently took the real deal and I feel that NBME 10 somewhat reflected my experience. There's a fair amount of straightforward/short stems with straightforward answers. However there's also a fair amount of "lack" diagnostic detail therefore making answer choices somewhat tricky. Still awaiting my actual score.
